HD have recently released a series of watches known as the “76″ series. This article reviews a few of the latest and most popular Harley Davidson watches in this series: the A019, A020 and A021 models.
The Harley Davidson 76A019 is a stainless steel, 165 feet water proof, silver coloured wrist watch with a black dial. The dial features a spread of the white and orange HD logo. As far as watches go, the 76A019 does not provide a large number of features. It does not display the time or day, nor does it include a good stopwatch function. However, if all you are looking for is a good quality and good looking HD watch that tells you the time of day, then this is a great buy. It usually retails for a little under $100, although you can spend an extra $10 to $15 to get an extended warranty.
The Harley Davidson 76A020, the next watch in this series, shows off a completely different look to the 76A019. While the 76A020 has a similar silver stainless steel band, the dial of the watch is intended to look more like the speed dial of a motorbike than a typical wrist watch dial. This is a very unique and clever design from Harley. It is sure to appeal to those who love their HD bikes. However, this stylish design comes in at a high price: the HD 76A020 retails for up to $200, which is twice as much as the more standard looking 76A019.
In terms of price, the Harley Davidson 76A021 comes in between the 76A019 and the 76A020 at $135. The 76A021 has a striking silver design on both the face and the band. The dial is numberless, and features an HD logo in the background. As with everything else in this watch, the logo is all silver, but it differs from the other logos in that it is made entirely from 3D engravings in the watch face. The hands of the 76A021 will light up in the dark. This watch is not as water resistant as the 76A019 and the 76A020. It is rated as being water resistant to 50M, so if you think you will be wearing the watch in heavy downpours, you may want give preference to the alternatives.
